Summary

Senior Software Engineer with 11 years building product frontends and the platform contracts behind them. TypeScript and React throughout, extended at Parable into generated multi-language SDKs, error standards, auth, and analytics query paths.

Work Experience

Senior Software Engineer
Parable
  • Shipped Team Time Spend end to end (admin configuration, org and person filters, per-team classification drill-down, CSV export) and own the analytics query path behind it.
  • Led the production migration from Svelte to React: retired the legacy application, added health checks, staged the cutover, and shipped React at the root. Hit a login regression during rollout, rolled back the same day, and re-applied clean.
  • Built Parable's authentication from the ground up (session lifecycle, email sign-in, identity endpoint, invite claim, impersonation, tenant permissions), plus the feature-release system gating early access.
  • Authored the platform error standard (RFC 9457 Problem Details), drove it to org-wide adoption, and implemented it with filterable query support across the error catalog, domain wires, UI, and four generated SDKs.
Senior Software Engineer
Kong
  • Migrated the developer portal into Kong's shared monorepo, consolidating build and release onto shared CI, and built its Vue 3 admin UI: API publishing and versioning, developer approval, OIDC team mapping, custom domains, and credentials.
  • Bootstrapped and maintained the official public TypeScript SDK for the portal APIs, then extracted the shared GitHub Actions workflows Kong adopted to automate client generation, semantic versioning, and npm publishing.
  • Cleared WCAG 2.1 and aXe audit blockers for UK government and enterprise customers: DOM structure, ARIA labeling, heading hierarchy, and modal focus trapping across the portal templates and Swagger UI theme.
  • Contributed to Kong Gateway core and the official Helm charts (configurable cluster sync payload limit, 2GB memory defaults, PodDisruptionBudgets), carried production oncall, and monitored canary health through the 40,000-organization portal migration.
Software Engineer
DFINITY
  • Built wallet and governance surfaces for the Internet Computer's Network Nervous System dApp ahead of its Genesis mainnet launch: token transfers with live balance and fee calculation, balance-depletion safeguards, and neuron staking and disbursement.
  • Bootstrapped the initial React and TypeScript frontend for Internet Identity and authored the SDK's identity-provider package (OAuth2 handshakes, cryptographic delegation, BIP-39 key derivation), then ran release trains across the Rust agent, TypeScript client, and CLI.
Software Engineer
McGraw-Hill Education
  • Built modular Angular front-end applications to WAI-AA accessibility standards, integrated with Node.js and Scala APIs for educational platforms.
Software Engineer
Starry
  • Implemented analytics pipelines and built a mobile app for network management using Hapi and Backbone.js.
